国籍与身份要求｜Nationality and Identity Requirements
申请人须为持有效外国普通护照的非中国籍公民，身体健康，品行端正，无犯罪记录，并遵守中国法律法规及学校规章制度。
Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens holding valid ordinary foreign passports, with good physical health, good conduct and no criminal record. They shall strictly abide by Chinese laws, regulations and school management rules.
对于原为中国公民后移民获得外国国籍，或出生时即具有外国国籍但父母一方或双方为中国公民的申请人，教育部规定同样适用：须持有有效外国护照或国籍证明文件4年（含）以上，且最近4年之内有在外国实际居住2年以上的记录（一年中实际居住满9个月可按一年计算）。
The regulations issued by the Ministry of Education also apply to applicants who were former Chinese citizens and obtained foreign nationality through immigration, or those born with foreign nationality while one or both parents are Chinese citizens. Such applicants must have held a valid foreign passport or nationality certificate for no less than 4 consecutive years, and have physically resided overseas for more than 2 years within the latest 4 years (a full-year residence is recognized if the actual stay reaches 9 months in one calendar year).
学历与年龄要求｜Academic and Age Requirements
申请攻读专科者，须具有高中毕业学历或同等学力（如中等职业学校毕业），并提供相应学历证明及成绩单。
Applicants applying for junior college programs must hold a senior high school diploma or equivalent academic qualification (such as graduation from secondary vocational schools), and provide corresponding academic certificates and official transcripts.
年龄要求因校而异，通常设定在18至30周岁之间，但各校具体标准有所不同：
Age requirements vary by institution, generally ranging from 18 to 30 years old, with specific standards formulated by each school:
部分学校要求较严，多数学校将上限设为25周岁，部分学校放宽至30周岁。
Some schools impose strict age restrictions. Most institutions set the maximum age limit at 25 years old, while a small number of schools extend the limit to 30 years old.
语言能力要求｜Language Proficiency Requirements
专科项目的语言要求通常低于本科，且因授课语言不同而有差异。
Language proficiency requirements for junior college programs are generally lower than those for undergraduate programs, and vary according to the language of instruction.
中文授课项目：多数学校要求HSK三级
Chinese-taught Programs: Most schools require HSK Level 3.
英文授课项目：部分学校提供全英文授课的专科项目，此时不强制要求HSK成绩，但需提供英语能力证明。一般要求雅思5.5以上（托福46分以上，多邻国90分以上）。
English-taught Programs: Some colleges offer full-English junior college programs. HSK scores are not mandatory for such programs, while valid English proficiency certificates are required. The general admission criteria include IELTS 5.5 or above (TOEFL 46 or above, Duolingo 90 or above).
若申请人的母语为汉语，或整个中学阶段以汉语为主要教学语言，可申请免交HSK证书，但须出具相应证明。
Applicants whose mother tongue is Chinese or who have received full secondary education taught mainly in Chinese may apply for an HSK exemption with official supporting documents.
入学考核方式｜Entrance Assessment Methods
专科生的录取由各高职院校自主组织考核，形式通常包括资料审核、面试、笔试（或线上综合面试测评） 等，学校根据申请人的高中成绩、语言水平和面试表现等因素综合评价，择优录取。
Admission to higher vocational junior college programs is independently organized by each institution. The assessment methods usually include document review, interviews, written examinations (or online comprehensive evaluation). Schools conduct comprehensive assessments based on applicants’ senior high school academic performance, language proficiency and interview performance, and admit outstanding candidates on merit.
